Antique Gallery of Mesquite (formerly the Dusty Attic)

A former vendor of the Dusty Attic in Mesquite Texas, I stopped in yesterday to "nose" around a little bit! The place was clean and well organized and is starting to fill quite nicely. Some of the former vendors have returned to sell their wares. The new manager "Bambi" was more than friendly as she showed me the area and explained the new format of this antique and variety mall. She convinced me to reestablish my former vendor status.  I will be moving my Victorian style lampshades, Hookahs and a variety of treasures to the "Variety Side" of  "The Antique Gallery" this weekend.

The franchise is one of seven locations serving the Dallas metroplex. Weekends are eventful with live musical entertainment for shoppers to enjoy. The location for the Antique Gallery of Mesquite is 3330 N. Galloway Avenue, Suite 225, Mesquite TX.  Located in the Shopping Plaza at the corner of Galloway and Town East Blvd.  972-270-7700 for directions or vendor information. Hours of operation are Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 6 and Sundays 12 to 6.  Stop by and see the treasures awaiting to be claimed.

Labor Day Weekend - 16 Shopping Weeks Until Christmas!

     Labor Day is the official countdown to the last days of summer! This weekend is the final celebration of lazy summer days as we transition from warm sunny days to brisk chilly evenings. How will you spend your weekend?
     Festive fall colors, campfires, and the onset of fall are the official kick off to the winter holiday season. From today, there is 16 weeks to prepare for the Christmas holiday. This would be the time for all hobbyists to start creating holiday gifts!  It will give you plenty of time for finishing your item and shipping with enough time for it to be placed under the Christmas Tree.
